Hustlin’ support
Hustlin’ is a free app for tracking runs, walks and rides, keeping a daily streak and running challenges with friends, made by Gravitaz LLC. It’s on iPhone, an Android app is on the way, and there’s a web app at app.hustlinapp.com.
It also tracks a monthly distance goal and your friends, and challenges come with a link you can share.
Signing in
Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, or use Sign in with Apple.
Connecting Apple Health
- Open Hustlin’ and go to Me, then Apple Health.
- Connect, and allow access to workouts and steps.
- Your last 90 days of workouts are imported. After that, new workouts from your Apple Watch or iPhone sync in the background.
Only workouts with a distance are imported, and only runs, walks and hikes, and rides. Hustlin’ reads from Apple Health and never writes to it.
Hustlin’ also reads your step count and walking and running distance across the day, outside workouts, and saves them as one Daily walking entry per day.
If a workout doesn’t show up
- Swiping Hustlin’ away in the app switcher pauses background sync until you open the app again.
- After your phone restarts, unlock it once. Health data stays locked until then, so workouts can’t sync.
- Check that the workout has a distance and is a run, walk, hike or ride. Other kinds aren’t imported.
Challenges and friends
Create a challenge and share its invite link. Links open on hustlinapp.com, and from there you can join. To add a friend, search by username and send a request.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Me, then Delete account. That deletes your profile, your hustles (including synced ones), your friendships, challenge memberships and invites, and any challenges you created, for everyone in them. If you can’t get into the app, email hello@gravitaz.net from the address on your account and it will be deleted for you.
Get in touch
For help, bug reports and feature ideas, email hello@gravitaz.net. For a wrong distance or a missing or duplicate workout, say which workout and roughly when it happened.
